for an on demand pick up at any time or at any location at no additional cost. There is a
$12.00 pick up charge for Ground packages. The package will be picked up that day or the next day depending on the time the
call was made. Typically, if made in a timely fashion it will be picked up the same day. Just try to call early. If UPS
comes to your location daily just give the driver your package, but make sure he scans it as a pick up so it will be traceable
the same day.
You also have the option to drop packages
off at any Authorized Shipping Outlet such as The UPS Store. They may also be dropped off at any drop box. Go to UPS.com for
a list of drop off locations near you.

PACKAGES...
All
ground packages coming to Micro Design must be dropped off.
You cannot call for a pick up or you will be billed an additional
pick upfee of $12.00, which
is what UPS charges us.
Be sure to let us know what type of shipping supplies you need in your email.

example, would you like First Class shipping supplies, Ground, 2nd day, or Overnight shipping supplies.
